Follow this simple formula: 60% fruits to 40% leafy greens for an anytime Green Smoothie

Ingredients


1 cup frozen mango chunks.

1/2 cup frozen peach slices.

A handful of kale (stems removed)

1-2 cups almond milk.

1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger.

A sprinkle of cinnamon.

Honey to taste.
